Our cleanings include:

All Reachable surfaces wiped - if not reachable, we use extensions and dusters. Only 3 step ladders used.

Windowsills, ledges, blinds, baseboards, fans, doors and door frames are wiped down (depending on paint finish), front of cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms are wiped, kitchen (microwave and stove top included) and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

All furniture is dusted and wiped (as needed)

All floors are vacuumed and mopped accordingly.

Additional appliances are done upon request (oven, refrigerator, etc).

Move in/out services include appliances.
