Yes. We provide all of the cleaning products and equipment needed to clean your home. If you would like us to use a specialty product, leave it out and let the office or your cleaner know. Please note we cannot honor the 24-hour clean guarantee when we use a client’s own products or equipment.
Most homes start with a Top-to-Bottom Deep Cleaning, then keep things fresh with Routine Cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule.
Please pick up any clothing, household items or toys, and declutter surfaces before your cleaners arrive. Your cleaners may not be able to fully clean a cluttered area, or know where you keep your personal items.
The home should be free of all personal items and furniture so we can reach every inch. Running water and electricity are required, and the home should be at a comfortable temperature.
No. Submitting your information starts your estimate but does not confirm your final quote or appointment. A member of our team will review your details and contact you to confirm your final quote, service date and any special instructions.
If you find anything that is included with your clean that was not completed, report it within 24 hours from the date and time of your cleaning and we will come out and correct it. Full details are in our Customer Guidelines.
