AirBnB Cleaning:
Our flat-rate pricing includes off site laundry service up to 25 lbs. Loads of laundry over 25 lbs are charged additionally at $1.59 per lb. Laundry will be picked up the day of service and dropped off on the next turnover date. We require 2-3 sets of sheets per bed and 2-3 towel sets per bathroom (we recommend 3 sets for frequently booked homes). The turnaround on laundry is 24-48 hours, this is why we require at least 2 sets of each to have clean sheets to swap, remove soiled sheets, and return on next service.
